The ideal candidate will have knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques, the ability to operate espresso machines efficiently, and maintain cleanliness standards in the coffee area. Responsibilities include taking customer orders, crafting specialty coffee drinks, handling cash transactions, and creating an inviting atmosphere for all guests.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista in cafes.
• Must have a certified Barista certificate.
• Currently residing in KSA.
• Proficient in English communication.

• Good knowledge of coffee and its various mixtures.
• Able to differentiate coffee aromas and tastes.
• Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer programs and willingness to learn.

• Strong communicator with a pleasant personality.
• Ability to lead with empathy.

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, teas, and other beverages following company standards.
• Greet and serve customers with a friendly and efficient attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness of the café area and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Operate coffee machines and manage inventory of supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.

• Previous experience as a barista preferred.
• Clear communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work 6 days per week with one day off.

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring quality in every serving
• Assist customers with their orders and ensure their satisfaction

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Preparing beverages
Preparing all types of coffee and hot and cold drinks according to Exception recipes and standards.

Adjusting coffee equipment and ensuring its quality and daily suitability.

Serving beverages in a professional appearance that matches the brand standards.

Customer service
Welcoming guests with a smile and providing a positive interactive experience.

Explaining the beverage menu and suggesting suitable options according to the customer's preferences.

Handling simple feedback or complaints professionally and referring them to the supervisor when necessary.

Quality and safety
Complying with hygiene, health, and food safety standards.

Ensuring the proper storage of raw materials and monitoring product expiration dates.

Maintaining the coffee station's order and cleaning the equipment regularly.

Managing daily operations
Monitoring daily inventory of coffee and consumables and informing the supervisor of any shortages.

Participating in regular inventory checks.

Operating the cash register (if available) and completing transactions accurately.

Required qualifications:
Previous experience of no less than 1-2 years in the field of coffee preparation (additional advantage).

Good knowledge of types of coffee and extraction methods and beverage preparation.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally.

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to a professional appearance and the ability to work on a shift basis.
