Role Overview
You’ll manage full-cycle accounting for multiple clients, lead financial reporting and compliance (IFRS/SOCPA), handle zakat & tax filings with ZATCA, and drive improvements in processes, controls, and reporting. As we scale, you’ll supervise and develop junior accountants.

What you’ll do
  • Accounting & Bookkeeping: Build integrated accounting systems, design COAs, record transactions, and run monthly/annual closings with tailored management reports.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare IFRS/SOCPA-compliant statements, manage Qawaem filing, and ensure local-content compliance.
  • Zakat & Tax: Prepare returns, calculate liabilities, manage ZATCA filings, handle audits/objections/appeals, and resolve assessments and disputes.
  • Due Diligence & Advisory: Lead financial DD for M&A/investments/restructuring; advise on policies, processes, and dispute resolution.
  • Internal Audit & Governance: Review controls, align with IIA standards, assess governance, and deliver actionable reports.
  • Policy & Systems: Draft accounting manuals/policies, implement internal controls and cycles, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Client Representation: Attend zakat/tax committees and provide technical support in legal/financial matters.
  • Practice & People: Run multiple engagements, ensure quality/timeliness/profitability, mentor and review junior staff.

What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (or related).
  • Professional track (SOCPA/CPA/ACCA/CMA/CIA) — full qualification not mandatory.
  • 5+ years in accounting, zakat & tax (Big 4 or leading local firm preferred).
  • Proven experience with due diligence, Qawaem, and advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, SOCPA, ZATCA, and local-content requirements.
  • Excellent English; Arabic is a strong plus.
  • Client-facing, proactive, and leadership-minded.
