As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to create, maintain, and organize comprehensive technical documentation for a variety of IT systems, processes, and procedures. This position is critical in ensuring that IT operations are well-documented and understood by all relevant stakeholders, including IT staff, end-users, and management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain various technical documents, including policy and compliance documents, process documentation, system architecture diagrams, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with IT Operations engineers and subject matter experts to gather information.
- Translate complex technical information into easily understandable language.
- Proofread and edit documents for clarity and adherence to company style guides.
- Conduct regular audits of existing documentation to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:- Saudi national with 4-10 years of overall experience, including 4-7 years in a relevant field.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong understanding of IT operations concepts.
- Proven experience documenting IT infrastructure and systems.
- Proficiency with documentation tools and experience with diagramming tools.
