HR Operations & Executive Personal Assistant

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Saudi National to join our team as an Executive Personal Assistant with a heavy focus on Human Resources and Government Relations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between executive administration and government platform compliance, ensuring all labor-related operations run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management: Full ownership of Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem.
Contracting: Drafting, uploading, and managing digital employment contracts via Qiwa.
Compliance: Ensuring the Wages Protection System (WPS) via Mudad is compliant and resolving any "justification" flags.
GOSI Administration: Managing monthly contributions, registering new hires, and processing terminations.
Executive Support: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling professional correspondence for the group manager
Saudization Monitoring: Monitoring the Nitaqat status and providing updates on local labor law changes.
Requirements
Nationality: Saudi National (Required for GOSI/Qiwa portal access and Saudization targets).
Experience: 2+ years in HR Administration or as a Government Relations Officer (GRO).
Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in the MHRSD ecosystem (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad).
Languages: Fluent in Arabic and [English/Other].
Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel is a must for payroll auditing).
