  • Prior experience with joint-stock companies and IPO readiness is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in Zakat, VAT, WHT.
  • Financial reporting under IFRS/GAAP.
  • Financial modeling, variance, and sensitivity analysis.
  • ERP/accounting systems experience (Odoo preferred).
  • Costing and profitability analysis.
