1. General Job Description
Al-Sobhan and Al-Ajjaji Law Firm seeks to employ a specialist with experience in graphic design and social media platforms management, capable of managing and enhancing the company's digital presence to reflect its professional identity. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and implementing publishing plans, producing visual and written content, managing social media accounts, and adhering to the professional standards of the legal sector.
2. Tasks and Responsibilities
- Design visual materials (posts, presentations, carousels, infographics, and short clips) in line with the company’s visual identity.
- Manage the company's accounts on social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), schedule content, and monitor engagement.
- Prepare a publishing plan and a periodic content schedule, and monitor account performance using analytics.
- Prepare and implement a periodic publishing plan.
- Edit and refine content in both Arabic and English in coordination with the legal team.
- Monitor performance indicators, analyze results, and provide periodic reports.
- Ensure that published content complies with legal and professional standards and linguistic accuracy.
- Coordinate with external service providers when needed (design/production/photography).
- Support internal marketing activities (event advertisements, informational materials, reports).
- Maintain visual consistency and update creative assets according to the approved guidelines.
- Manage the company's LinkedIn platform and develop its content, including posts, presentations (carousel), articles, and short clips.
- Maintain the company’s visual identity and ensure its application across all marketing materials.
3. Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or any related field.
- Practical experience of at least 3 years in graphic design, digital marketing, content management, or social communication, preferably in a professional environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Express and Figma and other modern programs.
- Knowledge of scheduling and analytics tools for social media.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
- High skills in organization and time management and the ability to work under pressure.
