About the Role:
This full-time, on-site Draftman position is based in our Riyadh office. You will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings, preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings, and converting project specifications into precise layouts. You will closely collaborate with engineers, pre-sales teams, project managers, and clients to ensure all drawings meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update drawings for HVM systems, barriers, parking management systems, and access control products.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy throughout all project stages, including final as-built documentation.
  • Interpret BOQs, technical specifications, consultant comments, and site surveys.

Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; knowledge of other drafting tools is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic or Filipino is preferred.
