Role Overview:The Business Development Manager will drive the growth of Knowliom through identifying new opportunities and building relations with partners. Your focus will include:
- Cultural Engagement & Strategy: Develop programs and initiatives for audience engagement.
- Immersive Experiences & Exhibitions: Design and execute interactive experiences.
- Creative Content & Storytelling: Integrate technology and narrative into projects.
- Project Implementation & Operations: Oversee production and site management.
- Heritage & Cultural Destinations: Activate landmarks for public engagement.
- Events & Educational Programs: Organize cultural festivals and workshops.
Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement business development strategies.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across various sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing.
• Prepare and coordinate technical and financial proposals.
• Strengthen relationships with clients and partners in the cultural sector.
• Prepare business tracking reports and monitor financial performance.
Qualifications:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of business development experience, with at least 2 years in the cultural sector.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
