- Interact with customers to understand their hair care needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Demonstrate how to use products and offer advice on hair styling techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques related to hair care.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming sales environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Promote and sell products additionally to enhance the customer experience and achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a beauty consultant, hairstylist, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hair care products and current trends.
- Communication skills that demonstrate excellent personality.
- The ability to listen to customers and provide tailored recommendations.
- A strong drive towards sales and a passion for beauty products.
- High school diploma or equivalent; training or certification in the beauty field is preferred.
