We are seeking a highly energetic, proactive, and execution-focused Field Marketing Specialist to expand our on-ground presence across the Saudi market. Key Responsibilities:
  • On-Ground Marketing Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute offline marketing initiatives across Riyadh and Khobar. Distribute, install, and maintain in-store marketing materials across partner locations. Ensure all offline touchpoints are consistently aligned with Koinz brand standards.
  • Activations & Events: Develop creative activation concepts tailored to Saudi audiences; lead full-cycle execution of events: planning, logistics, vendor coordination, setup, and on-site operations.
  • Partner Onboarding & Training: Onboard new partner brands to the Koinz platform and train store staff on how to engage customers and activate promotions.
  • Community & Relationship Building: Build trusted relationships with partners, vendors, and event organizers.
  • Market Insights & Cultural Understanding: Stay current with Saudi consumer habits and cultural nuances; gather insights directly from customers.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track performance of campaigns and prepare reports; monitor KPIs such as reach and engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations teams to ensure efforts are synchronized.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience in field marketing or similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Comfortable with daily field work and in-person interactions.
  • Organized with strong project management capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields is a plus.
