A receptionist is required to work in a prestigious institution, possessing a decent appearance and excellent communication skills. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests and visitors, directing them, answering phone calls and transferring them to the relevant departments, as well as handling electronic correspondence and efficiently managing appointments. The main tasks include: • Greeting and registering visitors and guests • Organizing and scheduling appointments • Managing incoming and outgoing mail • Dealing with inquiries and complaints • Coordinating meetings and events • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the reception area.

Reception in veterinary clinics receiving clients, welcoming them, and directing them to the responsible personnel, organizing appointments and updating calendars, meeting the needs of clients during their visit, knowledge of using computers and Microsoft Office programs, ensuring visitors are registered upon their arrival at the reception area and saving their data on the computer. - English language is required. Work in two shifts a day.
