Role Purpose:Your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team in achieving their targets and to ensure effective communication with patients and clinical coordinators.
Job Accountabilities & Activities:- Assist the Sales team in reaching their goals.
- Support the clinical team with daily activities and manage patient deliveries.
- Handle urgent communications from patients and clinical coordinators.
- Establish and maintain filing systems, prepare reports, and assist with financial documentation as needed.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer needs.
- Build relationships with healthcare organizations’ purchasing departments, heads of departments, and product development units.
- Monitor patient requirements and coordinate supply and delivery.
- Forecast account stock needs and communicate these with management.
Education & Certifications:A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
Experience Required:You should have 23 years of experience in a relevant field.
