Role Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team and their accounts throughout the sales process to maximize revenue and ensure profitability.
  • Conduct administrative and clerical tasks according to established policies ensuring efficient sales operations.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to maintain account data in CRM.
  • Resolve account inquiries swiftly while providing feedback to stakeholders.
  • Engage accounts through education workshops and promotional events.
  • Assist Account Managers in generating new sales opportunities by following up on leads.
  • Keep accurate records in Salesforce and ensure qualified leads are directed appropriately.
  • Complete relevant training and contribute to team learning.

Education & Experience Required:
  • Minimum of a degree or 12 years in a sales support/analysis role.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Preferred ability in data management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and fare structures is desirable.
