Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and prepare daily food and meals according to approved recipes
- Ensure the quality and ripeness of ingredients before use
- Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards at all stages of preparation
- Monitor inventory and report any shortages in food or equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and used equipment
- Submit daily and weekly reports on performance, sales, and operational notes
- Adhere to work schedules and instructions issued by management
- Fill sauces and mixtures and monitor expiration dates
:Qualifications
A degree in culinary arts or at least two years of practical experience in cooking
Good knowledge of different cooking methods (frying, grilling, boiling, ...)
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food health and safety basics
