Role Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of effective sales strategies, lead a dynamic team, and cultivate meaningful client relationships. You’ll also represent Bayut at various events, showcasing our services and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relations with clients, real estate agents, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate the significance of properties effectively.
  • Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor sales team performance.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales progress and market insights.
  • Manage key client accounts and complex negotiations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 35 years of experience in the real estate industry or property sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the KSA real estate market.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Exceptional service delivery and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English.
