Tasks and Responsibilities:

Supervision of daily administrative tasks and organizing workflow

Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing schedules

Accurately and confidentially maintaining and organizing files and records

Handling office equipment and ensuring its proper use

Welcoming clients and providing high-quality professional service

Coordinating with the internal team and external clients to ensure smooth workflow

Supporting the office manager in various administrative and organizational tasks
Qualifications and Requirements:

Full proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)

High skill in using Microsoft Office programs (Word – Excel – PowerPoint – Outlook)
