Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of daily administrative tasks and organizing workflow

  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing schedules

  • Accurately and confidentially maintaining and organizing files and records

  • Handling office equipment and ensuring its proper use

  • Welcoming clients and providing high-quality professional service

  • Coordinating with the internal team and external clients to ensure smooth workflow

  • Supporting the office manager in various administrative and organizational tasks


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Full proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
