  • Corrective Coaching Delivery:

    • Apply structured load management, regressions/progressions, and graded exposure.
  • Assessment & Standards Ownership:
    • Lead the full corrective assessment journey (screen → plan → re-test).
    • Develop and maintain SOPs, screening protocols, and documentation standards.
    • Ensure coach calibration, safety compliance, and escalation pathways.
  • Integrated Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with physiotherapy and recovery teams.

  • Coach Development & Premium Service:

Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
  • 5+ years’ coaching experience with a rehab/corrective emphasis.
  • Background in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy/Rehab or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of biomechanics, pain-informed coaching, and load management.
  • Systems mindset with the ability to implement standards.
Desirable:
  • NASM CES, FMS/SFMA, PRI or similar.
  • CSCS / ASCA / UKSCA.
  • Sports massage certification.
  • Experience within an integrated clinic/gym model.

Compensation Package:
Base Salary: SAR 13,538 – 15,903 per month, with additional housing and transport allowances. The estimated total monthly compensation may reach SAR 18,276 – 21,469 when factoring in bonuses and quarterly performance incentives.
