About the Role
Carrier, a global leader in HVAC, refrigeration, and cold chain solutions, is seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS). This permanent, full-time position is based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Region. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in identifying and developing business opportunities for BMS solutions, promoting our advanced building automation products and systems to consultants, contractors, and end-users. This role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) through a professional sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Actively scan the dedicated territory for current business opportunities within the BMS sector.
- Provide essential technical support throughout the sales process to facilitate successful outcomes.
- Consistently achieve defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales and business development.
- Engage with customers professionally to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
- Understand customer needs thoroughly to build trust and establish strong working partnerships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities specifically for Carrier's BMS solutions.
- Promote building automation products and systems to a range of stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and end-users.
- Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate project terms and successfully close deals to secure new business.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and influential consultants in the market.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in BMS solutions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
- Demonstrate prior experience within the HVAC industry.
- Exhibit fluency in both verbal and written English.
- This role is exclusively open to Saudi Nationals.
