Job Overview: Sales Manager at Furniture Factory We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and establish the sales department from scratch. The candidate will be responsible for developing the sales strategy, building a customer base, developing sales channels, and achieving sustainable revenue growth. This position is suitable for a practical person with a leadership and executive mindset, capable of working both in the field and administratively at the same time. Responsibilities 1. Establishing and Building the Strategy
- Preparing a comprehensive sales plan that includes short and long-term goals.
- Identifying target segments and analyzing the market and competitors.
- Setting clear pricing policies and mechanisms for offers and discounts.
- Designing a clear sales cycle mechanism (from the first contact to closing the deal). 2. Implementation and Achieving Sales
- Attracting potential customers and building a strong database.
- Direct communication with customers and presenting products/services.
- Preparing price offers, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Following up with customers after sales to ensure their satisfaction and enhance repeat opportunities. 3. Building the System and Future Development
- Creating a sales tracking system (CRM or a clear organizational mechanism).
- Preparing periodic reports on performance, sales, and forecasts.
- Identifying the company's need to hire sales representatives in the future.
- Participating in selecting and training the sales team upon expansion.
