Your Role:As an International Business Development Manager, you will:
- Drive Strategic Sales: Increase the adoption of our recruitment software among mid-to-enterprise level employers in the US and Canada.
- Manage Global Clients: Be the primary contact for a diverse portfolio of international employers, overseeing software access and platform integration.
- Conduct Consultative Selling: Demonstrate our AI matching engine and document verification solutions to executives and HR directors.
- Expand Markets: Identify growth opportunities in the North American tech and corporate sectors.
- Collaborate Globally: Work with teams in Riyadh, Dubai, Toronto, London, and Madrid to ensure seamless service for international clients.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or HR-Tech.
- A strong understanding of the US and Canadian corporate landscapes.
- Exceptional communication skills with near-native English fluency.
- Comfort with AI-driven platforms and the ability to explain complex features.
- Residency in Saudi Arabia with availability for flexible hours.
Compensation & Benefits:We offer a competitive compensation package including:
- Base Salary: SAR 27,500 to SAR 34,700 per month.
- Commission: Uncapped incentives on software subscriptions.
- Performance Bonuses: Annual and quarterly bonuses for achieving expansion targets.
