We are looking for a Sales Executive with a sharp commercial mindset and strong relationship-building skills to help us close deals with businesses seeking upscale housing solutions for their employees and clients.

🔑 Role Overview:
You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and closing leasing deals with corporate clients. Your role will involve building partnerships with HR departments, relocation firms, and executive housing managers to position 01 WORTH as the top choice for luxurious long-term and short to long-term rentals.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue B2B leasing opportunities with corporate clients
• Negotiate and close rental contracts for our portfolio of high-end apartments
• Build long-term relationships with business partners and corporate decision-makers

• Showroom Sales & Assistance: Welcome customers, providing tailored product advice for their specific projects.
• Design Integration: Recommend products that align with clients’ aesthetic preferences and space planning.
• Showroom Presentation: Ensure showroom maintains high standards of organization and brand alignment.
• Business Development: Promote our product lines to architects, interior designers, and developers.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed targeted sales goals through effective follow-up.
• Lead & CRM Management: Manage customer interactions and inquiries through our CRM system for precise reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 35 years of sales experience in the interior design or architectural products industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in presenting products to both clients and industry professionals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Achieving the monthly sales target

- Welcoming all customers directly upon entering the showroom

- Building a positive relationship with customers, understanding their needs, and offering the suitable product to them

- Dealing with customer complaints positively and trying to resolve all their issues, and raising the matter to the direct manager if resolution is not possible

- Handling exchange and return requests for all customers according to the applicable instructions at the time and following the instructions regarding the reservation of goods

- Providing high-level customer service by treating the customer professionally, listening to them, giving them sufficient attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining continuous communication with the customer via phone, text messages, mail, and all available methods, and informing the customer of all new goods and services

- Maintaining cleanliness at the workplace

- Maintaining a decent appearance and adhering to the full official uniform

- Following management's instructions regarding work regulations that have been circulated previously, such as (instructions regarding working hours, breaks, meal times and places, entry and exit, work visits, vacations, and so forth)

Account Manager required to work in a leading company in the field of [consulting], with experience of no less than 14 years in sales in consulting firms, technology or banks.

 And holding a university degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent. The candidate must be able to achieve sales goals and build strong relationships with clients, with mastery of communication and negotiation skills. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve specified goals.

• Managing the portfolio of existing clients and seeking new opportunities.

• Preparing commercial offers and presenting products to potential clients.

• Following up on sales processes from start to deal closure.

• Preparing periodic sales reports and analyzing market performance.

• Participating in trade shows and commercial events.

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
