Job Role:As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and overseeing performance targets. We are looking for qualified Saudi national candidates to join our sales team across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:- Implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Supervising field activities and managing sales team performance.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and analysis.
- Tracking market trends and competitive actions.
Requirements:- 310 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma.
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and manage client relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and quick decision-making.
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations as needed.
