Introduction: We at Romance Company are looking for an outstanding executive secretary to join our team in the executive management. This opportunity is ideal for someone with high organizational and communication skills, seeking new challenges in a dynamic work environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Preparing and drafting meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing phone communications and emails.
  • Welcoming visitors and clients and organizing their meetings with management.
  • Following up and executing daily administrative tasks.
  • Coordinating between different departments to ensure the flow of information.
  • Storing and archiving documents and files in an organized and confidential manner.
  • Assisting in preparing official letters and memos.
  • Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to management.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in management, secretarial studies, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent skills in using computers and Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written (depending on the nature of the work).
  • Ability to organize, coordinate, and follow up.
  • High communication skills and tact in dealing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
