What You’ll Do
As our Performance Marketer, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize ROI and scale growth. Your role will be data-driven, results-oriented, and highly creative.

Key responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and Amazon/Noon DSP.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Create and implement A/B tests for creatives, copy, and audiences.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, with actionable insights.
  • Recommend new channels, tools, and strategies to scale performance marketing.

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving ROI-driven results.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
  • Solid understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy.
  • Passion for the fitness and sports industry (a big plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
