We are looking for
Customer Service Center Manager (Call Center)

to work at ( Ta'ahod Company for Information Technology)


with at least 3 years of experience in managing call centers and customer service, with a high ability to lead and develop performance. The manager will be responsible for managing and developing the customer service team and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and improving the quality of service provided. The job holder will perform the following tasks:

• Developing operational plans and customer service strategies
• Managing and training the team and motivating them to achieve goals
• Analyzing data and preparing regular reports on the center's performance
• Developing work procedures and improving process efficiency
• Handling escalated customer complaints and ensuring resolution
• Coordinating with other departments to improve customer experience
• Monitoring call quality and evaluating employee performance
• Managing budgets and achieving the center's financial goals

Job Responsibilities:

– Welcoming customers and visitors, directing them to the appropriate location within the facility

– Providing basic information about the company's services and products and responding to customer inquiries

– Transferring incoming phone calls to the relevant departments and handling simple inquiries

– Receiving and professionally addressing complaints or directing them to the appropriate person

– Scheduling appointments and organizing bookings to avoid conflicts

– Resolving any issues that customers may face regarding the services or products offered

– Providing additional assistance to customers, such as guidance within the facility or help in selecting products

– Maintaining a positive work environment through professional and courteous interactions with customers and colleagues

• Experience in the same field or a similar field.
• The applicant should be a resident of Dammam.
• Only Saudi nationality.
• Minimum education level: Two years diploma or more.
• Beginner experience ranging from less than a year to 3 years.

• Oversee daily call center operations and ensure KPI achievement
• Lead, develop, and motivate the team to perform at their best
• Analyze performance and implement data-driven improvements
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in call centers, including at least 2 years as a Call Center Manager
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Proficient in call center systems and reporting tools
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
