Your Role:

  • Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborate closely with the National Key Accounts Manager to create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that enhances revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Key Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in major accounts, manage contract negotiations, and ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends and customer behavior, using insights to inform sales strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by managing and developing the key account channel effectively.
  • Ensure Execution Excellence: Oversee the execution of sales and marketing activities, ensuring proper implementation of promotions, product listings, and daily operations of the sales field team.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with other departments to align goals, strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Manage a High-Performing Team: Oversee the daily operations of the field team, setting goals and providing guidance to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare Reports: Present detailed sales reports to the National Sales Manager, highlighting sales forecasts and areas for client base expansion.
