A prestigious legal company in Al Olaya neighborhood in Riyadh announces its need for a Office Manager Assistant who is efficient and professional to support daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency within the office.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Supervision of daily administrative tasks and organizing workflow

• Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing schedules

• Accurately and confidentially maintaining and organizing files and records

• Handling office equipment and ensuring its proper use

• Welcoming clients and providing high-quality professional service

• Coordinating with the internal team and external clients to ensure smooth workflow

• Supporting the office manager in various administrative and organizational tasks

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Full proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Required: React Applications Developer

Type of work: Remote
Working hours: Part-time or full-time (flexible)

Tasks: Develop and maintain web applications, work with Supabase databases, copy and customize existing projects, upload applications to stores.

Requirements: React + TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Git and GitHub, Supabase or Firebase.

Preferred: Experience in PWA, previously uploaded applications to stores, experience in Vercel.
