4. Customer Service Standards:
- Maintain effective relationships with departments and management.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in a relevant field.
- CIPS or CSCP certifications are preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement for a Bachelor’s holder or 3 years for a Higher Diploma holder.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
