The Senior Sales Executive - IT Services (KSA) will be responsible for driving the sales of UTrust's software testing and quality assurance services within the Saudi Arabian market. This full-time, on-site position requires identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure. The role involves building relationships with key decision-makers, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of software testing and quality assurance services within the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the region.
  • Generate leads through various prospecting and outreach methods.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting through to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate UTrust's value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts in alignment with company policies and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to understand service capabilities and address client needs.
  • Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with accurate and compelling information.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Track sales performance, forecast revenue accurately, and provide market feedback for strategic planning and service development.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT Sales, specifically selling IT services or solutions, with a preference for experience in software testing or quality assurance.
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation and pipeline building, including prospecting, cold outreach, and networking within the KSA market.
  • Strong account management skills, encompassing client relationship development, client retention, and upselling of services.
  • Solid understanding of Information Technology concepts, software development lifecycles, and QA/testing services.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B or enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with the KSA business environment and regulations is highly beneficial.

The IMS Specialist will be responsible for upholding adherence to international ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The IMS Specialist will be tasked with the development, implementation, and maintenance of integrated management systems. These systems must align with globally recognized standards, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management), alongside other relevant frameworks. Key responsibilities include conducting audits, managing documentation control, monitoring compliance, and promoting operational excellence.

  • Implement, monitor, and maintain Integrated Management System (IMS) frameworks in alignment with ISO standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits, site inspections, and compliance assessments across all facilities management operations.
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and operational procedures comply with ISO certifications and contractual obligations.
  • Lead external audits, facilitate certification renewals, and coordinate client compliance reviews.
  • Maintain documentation control, manage records, and ensure robust audit trails for data integrity and traceability.
  • Identify non-conformities, drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and track their closure.
  • Provide training to operational teams on IMS standards, compliance expectations, and audit readiness.
  • Support mobilization activities, pre-operation inspections, and client onboarding by ensuring adherence to compliance frameworks.
  • Monitor Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) performance indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a strong background in IMS, quality assurance, or compliance roles. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, HSE, or a related field is required. An ISO Lead Auditor certification or equivalent is mandatory.

  • A minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in IMS, quality assurance, or compliance roles, preferably within facilities management or similar industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ISO standards, specifically ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, with a deep understanding of audit processes.
  • Proven experience in managing audits, overseeing documentation control, and implementing compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder coordination abilities and the capacity to work effectively across multiple sites and diverse teams.
  • Prior exposure to facilities management operations, HSEQ practices, and client compliance environments within the GCC region is highly preferred.
