Job Purpose:
As the Sales Executive at The Secret Society, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the hospitality industry specifically by leveraging our expertise in influencer marketing. Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Market Penetration: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Riyadh hospitality industry, focusing on influencer marketing solutions. Identify key decision-makers in the hospitality sector, including hotels, resorts, and F&B outlets, and pitch tailored marketing solutions. Stay ahead of market trends to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative in its offerings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the hospitality industry. Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to propose relevant influencer marketing campaigns. Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality service and measurable results.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through new client acquisition and upselling opportunities. Develop pricing strategies and proposals tailored to each client’s budget and marketing goals.
  • Business Development: Explore and secure collaborations with prominent hotels, restaurants, and hospitality brands in Riyadh. Promote the company’s influencer marketing capabilities to expand its footprint in the local market. Identify cross-promotional opportunities between hospitality clients and influencers in our network.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with creative, marketing, and influencer management teams to design and deliver customized campaigns. Ensure smooth execution of campaigns by aligning client expectations with internal processes.
  • Team Leadership and Training: Recruit, train, and manage a sales team that understands the nuances of influencer marketing in the hospitality industry. Set clear performance metrics and provide coaching to ensure the team meets its objectives.
  • Performance Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance and create reports for senior management. Use CRM tools to track client data and analyze campaign success metrics to drive improvements.
