Responsibilities:
- Assist management in daily administrative tasks.
- Prepare letters, memos, reports, and official documentation.
- Arrange meetings, travel plans, ensure all logistics are managed efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, and emails professionally.
- Welcome visitors, acting as the first point of contact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma’s or relevant work experience.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- English Language.
- Great interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
