Job Summary:

Schedule: 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday)• Hours: 7 AM to 5 PM•

Salary: 1,200 - 1,600•
Experience: 4 months to 1 year•
Location Requirement: Must be in Riyadh•
Terms: 2-month trial period, followed by sponsorship transfer (Naql Kafala)

• Financial Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, conduct market and competitor analysis, and manage P&L, including productivity and cost management.

• Guest Experience: Supervise food and beverage service, implement brand standards, and ensure exceptional service quality while being knowledgeable about the menu and production procedure.
• Responsible Business: Manage quality assurance programs, compliance with safety requirements, and maintain a clean environment.
• Accountability: Supervise daily operations, generate revenue, and monitor service efficiency.

• Intermediate or equal level of qualification.
• Degree or certification in Hospitality Industry.
• 3 years of experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Computer knowledge (MS Office and the Internet).

• Prepare all juice bar drinks ordered consistently and safely while maintaining high productivity levels.
• Keep ready all items to run the operation smoothly.
• Maintain temperature records for all the Freezer and Chillers allocated for the bar.
• Perform side work duties assigned and stock taking and Inventory on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves clean, well-stocked, and organized.
