• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, including financial reporting, auditing, and cost control.
• Proven experience in recording and managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and month-end/year-end closing procedures.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

• Record, review, and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
• Manage payables for timely supplier payments.
• Monitor receivables aging and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Handle bank transactions and prepare monthly cash budgets.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Support process improvements within the finance function.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and provide necessary guidance.
• Collaborate with other departments on financial discrepancies.

• Generate and close sales opportunities to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop a structured sales action plan to meet or exceed forecasts.
• Expand market share by strengthening relationships with existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, service, logistics) to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Promote United Park’s portfolio and maintain strong brand positioning as a provider of Water & Fire Solutions.
• Achieve sales targets in both volume and gross margin, ensuring profitable growth.

• 2–3 years of sales experience in the pumps, MEP, or firefighting sectors.
• Engineering background (Mechanical/Electromechanical preferred).
• Strong network with contractors, consultants, and distributors in KSA.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.

Tasks:
• Receiving customers and recording orders.
• Dealing with the cash and electronic payment system.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Providing customer service

As a sales representative - Kitchen Department at Abayat, you will be:
