Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Urban Planner to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. As a key member of our urban development department, you will be deeply involved in the design and coordination of masterplans at multiple scales, through innovative and sustainable urban planning initiatives.
  • Lead and manage complex urban planning projects from conception to implementation.
  • Develop comprehensive land use plans, zoning regulations, and urban design guidelines.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of demographic, economic, and environmental data to inform planning decisions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and environmental specialists.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders, including government officials.
  • Integrate sustainable and smart city concepts into urban development strategies.
  • Mentor junior planners and contribute to the overall growth of the planning team.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, or a closely related field.
  • Professional certification is preferred.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in urban planning, with a focus on large-scale urban development projects.
  • Proficiency in CAD and Adobe applications is required, while experience or familiarity with Revit and GIS software (*, ArcGIS, QGIS) will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent data analysis and visualization capabilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish language proficiency is highly desirable.
