Job Responsibilities: - Receiving raw files from the photographer, organizing them, and preparing them for editing. - Executing the complete editing process (cutting, arranging, adding visual effects/transitions). - Color grading and adjusting gradients to match the brand identity. - Carefully selecting music and sound effects that suit Saudi taste and support the identity of the clip. - Producing clips compatible with the Saudi market (style like: Kalamashi – Thamanyah – ). - Creating multiple versions of the same video suitable for different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Snap). - Committing to speed of execution while maintaining the highest quality. - Collaborating with the marketing team and photographers to understand the requirements of each advertising campaign. - Developing visual ideas and suggesting new methods to make the clips more attractive. - Ensuring brand identity in every clip so that it appears consistent with the rest of the content. We’re an early-stage startup building something new, and we're looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives in ambiguity, thinks strategically, and loves to experiment. You’ll be responsible for owning the entire marketing function—developing a bold, testable strategy, executing campaigns, and adapting quickly based on real-world results.

This is not a maintenance role. It’s a builder role. You’ll create the marketing blueprint from scratch, test channels, identify what works, and scale it. You’ll lead everything from brand positioning and performance marketing to partnerships and growth experiments.

What You’ll Do

• Marketing Strategy & Positioning
