🔹 Job Description - Cashier (Restaurant and Beverage Field)
Job Title: Cashier
Department: Sales / Customer Service
Direct Manager: Branch Supervisor / Branch Manager
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Receive customers politely and greet them with a smile.
Accurately record orders through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Issue invoices and collect cash or card payments.
Ensure cash amounts match reports at the end of the shift.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the cashier area.
Collaborate with the team to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Strictly apply restaurant policies and procedures.
Prepare daily revenue reports and submit them to management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma as a minimum.
Previous experience in cashier or customer service (preferably in restaurants).
Proficient in using Point of Sale systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.
Presentable appearance and discipline in attendance.
Possession of a valid health card (municipality card).
Notes:
The job is full-time, not part-time.
The shifts are variable and not fixed.
Full availability is a must.
Preferably have a valid health card.
Working hours are 9 hours with a one-hour break.
Number of working days is 5 days a week with two days off.
