This job is not suitable for those looking for traditional cashier work or formal reception. We are looking for an outstanding person who will be the primary responsible for the sales customer experience and for turning every visit into a real sales opportunity of value and will be the reception and sales face of the salon (women's beauty center). The main task is to manage the reception of clients and turn every visiting client into the highest possible sales value while organizing bookings and increasing the frequency of clients. Responsibilities and duties: Receiving clients professionally and convincingly. Explaining salon services and packages with sales intelligence and complete knowledge of all information. Convincing the client with the best service according to their needs. Preventing unauthorized discounts (selling by value, not by price). Managing bookings (in-person + WhatsApp + online) accurately and organized. Collecting payments and dealing with payment systems. Suggesting service upgrades (Upsell) and additional services. Encouraging the client to book their next appointment before leaving. Coordinating with the team to ensure smooth service. Preparing and delivering sales reports weekly and reconciling accounts with management.
