Responsibilities:

Full supervision of daily operations within the restaurant.

Monitoring food quality and service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Managing and training the team and distributing tasks.

Monitoring inventory, orders, and coordinating with suppliers.

Preparing schedules, daily reports, and solving operational issues.

Ensuring compliance with cleanliness, health, and safety standards.
Requirements:

Experience of no less than 3 years in restaurant management (preferably Italian or American).

Strong leadership and communication skills.
