About the Role:As a Property Sales Advisor, you will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding client needs, presenting suitable property options, and negotiating deals to successfully finalize transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and understand the requirements of potential customers and recommend suitable property options.
- Maintain accurate sales activity data related to visits, interactions, and sourcing marketing channels.
- Continuously review sales strategies to ensure target achievement.
- Inform customers about financing options available.
- Negotiate pricing in special scenarios with senior management to close deals.
- Prioritize activities based on the monthly sales plan and target agreements.
- Facilitate signing of contracts and ensure down payments are received from customers or financing partners.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports detailing sales activities, number of visits, leads served, and marketing sources.
Requirements:Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2C sales within the banking (financial plans, loans, credit cards, mortgages) or real estate industry.
