Sales pipeline management and negotiation: - Managing opportunities at all stages of the sales cycle from initial contact to final contract signing. - Applying effective negotiation skills, handling objections, and crafting agreements that achieve win-win outcomes. - Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system to forecast and track key metrics and provide reports on sales activity. Collaboration and customer success: - Working with the team (product development, technical support) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and high post-sale satisfaction. - Representing the voice of the customer and relaying important feedback to internal teams to improve the product or develop new features. Market understanding and thought leadership: - Keeping up with the latest industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies related to our systems to provide a professional image to clients. - Representing the company at events, conferences, and professional meetings to promote the brand and generate leads. Qualifications and Requirements: - A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in selling software solutions. - Previous experience in the healthcare field. - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. - Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal and written). - Proficiency in English, any additional language is a plus. - Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM).
