Join Backyard Symphony as a Tour Guide! We are looking for a professional and engaging individual to deliver exceptional guided tours. This role offers an exciting opportunity to present cultural, historical, and artistic content in a way that aligns with our organization's identity and provides a remarkable experience for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome visitors and conduct guided tours based on approved routes and schedules.
- Present cultural, historical, and artistic information clearly and engagingly.
- Deliver tours in English and at least one additional approved foreign language.
- Engage positively with visitors and professionally respond to inquiries.
- Adhere to visitor service standards and exhibit professional conduct.
- Coordinate with operations and events teams for smooth tour delivery.
- Support special events and activities as needed.
- Maintain flexibility in working hours as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, History, Arts, Cultural Studies, Languages and Translation, or a related field is preferred.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Russian, French, or Italian.
- 1–3 years of experience in tour guiding, museums, cultural institutions, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
