Job Summary:As an IT Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for both hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing personal computers, network servers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals. You play a critical role in ensuring a seamless technology experience for our staff and patients.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:- Maintain a superior quality of service at all times.
- Assemble and configure personal computers.
- Install and maintain network components as directed.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Document maintenance activities monthly.
- Support various NMC business units and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
