Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative and clerical support to project teams within the PMS organization.
- Maintain organized filing systems, logs, and correspondence registers.
- Assist in typing, formatting documents, and preparing internal and external communications.
- Handle office supplies and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Support coordination of project meetings and maintain accurate records and timesheets.
- Ensure compliance with established filing and archiving procedures.
- Coordinate with project staff to support a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:Applicants should possess a high school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of experience in secretarial activities, office administration, and management.
