1. The general objective of the job
Building a positive and direct relationship with the audience by responding quickly and accurately to all interactions (comments, messages, ratings) on social media platforms and Google Maps, to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction and enhance the company's image.
Managing instant responses: Monitoring alerts and responding to private messages and comments on (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok) as soon as they arrive.
2. Main tasks and responsibilities:
Managing Google reviews (Google Business Profile): Responding to customer reviews intelligently, whether they are positive (by thanking them) or negative (by solving their problems and absorbing their anger).
Converting inquiries into sales: Guiding potential customers towards the appropriate products or services and providing them with the necessary links.
Managing simple crises: Dealing with negative comments or "cyber attacks" wisely and calmly according to the company's policy, to prevent the problem from escalating.
Collecting data and feedback: Monitoring recurring complaints or suggestions and escalating them to management to improve the quality of service or product.
Preparing weekly and monthly periodic reports.
Proficient in using Office programs (Excel - PowerPoint - Word)
Following up on delivery applications and preparing the necessary reports.
