We are looking for an active and distinguished female customer service representative to join the Al-Saif team.
Tasks and Responsibilities:- Manage store accounts on the Salla platform and follow up on orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, social media).
- Coordinate with shipping and delivery companies to ensure speed and accuracy of delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and work to improve their experience.
- Assist in monitoring social media content and responses to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Internal coordination with relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Required Skills:- Excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in using computers and the ability to work with e-commerce systems (experience with the Salla platform is preferred).
- The ability to manage and organize multiple tasks.
- Politeness and patience in dealing with customers.
- Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage.
