- Prepare coffee and drinks according to the approved quality standards
- Serve customers with a smile and provide them with an excellent experience
- Handle the point of sale system and manage payments (cash + cards)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Monitor inventory and notify management when reordering is needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or working with customers
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with customers
- Punctuality and discipline
