Roles & Responsibilities:
Convert purchase requests into purchase orders and manage procurement processes.
Collect and compare quotations, support bid evaluations, and maintain vendor records.
Follow up on deliveries, resolve quality or delay issues, and coordinate with finance for payments.
Draft, review, and process contracts; track expirations and ensure compliance.
Maintain vendor database, support onboarding, and evaluate vendor performance.
Manage warehouse inventory and logistics tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Procurement, Engineering, or related field. Professional certification preferred; Master’s is a plus.
5–8 years in procurement, contracting, or supply chain roles.
Strong knowledge of procurement, tendering, contracts, and compliance.
ERP proficiency (SAP, Odoo, etc.) and vendor management experience.
Experience in regulated or industry-specific environments (datacenters, construction, Antenna RF, IT).

Contract Management, Procurement Processes, Tendering & Bidding, Vendor Management, Cost Control, Risk Management
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work under pressure.
Fluent in English & Arabic; works independently and in teams.
