Join the growing team of Iqara as a real estate appraiser!We are looking for an outstanding real estate valuation officer to estimate the fair and scientific value of properties through careful analysis that combines studying the property and the surrounding factors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the two departments administratively related.
- Directing all operations and ensuring their quality.
- Developing business and proposing strategies for growth and expansion.
- Building and training the management team to achieve annual goals.
- Coordinating with relevant entities such as government agencies and banks to meet requirements.
- Ensuring the correct application of approved systems and regulations.
- Preparing periodic reports and documenting information.
- Coordinating marketing policies to attract new customers.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or Financial Management.
- 5 years of experience in related fields, including 3 years in supervisory roles.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Attending appropriate training courses including a course from the Saudi Authority for Appraisers.
